This site is a business-to-business company website. It exists to tell you what we build and to let you contact us. We collect as little as possible and we do not track you with cookies.

2. What we collect and why
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company, subject and the message itself, plus the time it was sent. We use it to answer you and to prepare a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website analytics
We measure page views with Umami, self-hosted on our own server, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier in your browser and reports only aggregated figures (page, referrer, country, device class). IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because no identifier is stored on your device, no consent banner is required.
3. No cookies for tracking
This site does not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking, advertising or profiling.
4. Who receives your data
We use a small number of service providers (processors) who act on our instructions:
- Email delivery for contact-form messages: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Amazon SES), Ireland
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Ireland (eu-west-1)
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages arrive in our mailbox as email and are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any business relationship that follows. The website itself stores no copy. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@autonoma-solutions.eu. We answer within one month.
7. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, Greece, dpa.gr, or with the authority of your habitual residence.
8. Changes
We update this notice when the site or our providers change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
